How it Works

After our initial discovery call, we can move forward with an assessment package to better understand the scope of the project and the solutions most likely to work for you and your home. 

We begin with a walk-through of the space while gathering measurements and photos that will aid in our planning. As we discuss the ins and outs of your home, we will ask questions to detail the challenges you have.  

Next, our team creates a customized project proposal packet that is presented in a virtual meeting.  Included in this are step-by-step instructions of the organizing process, a space plan if relevant, a curated list of products and the different options for you to move forward working with our team.  

Once the bid is accepted, we begin ordering the necessary products and scheduling the organization sessions to get your project underway in a timely manner.

-Planning/Designing/Shopping

As part of our assessment packages, we include a large portion of the planning and designing involved in any project.  After the project bid is accepted, our team will finalize any designs and plans with you, making changes as needed. 

When we are asked to design a new pantry, closet or other storage system, we request any and all feedback once shown renderings so that we can make the needed adjustments to ensure your needs are being met.  Sourcing systems and products from a variety of companies allows us to choose the systems that work best in each scenario based on functionality and optimization.  Not only is every home and space unique but so is each client.

Once all plans are approved, we begin ordering any products necessary and schedule organization sessions so we can get you on your way to being organized.  Our team will procure all products and handle any returns, leaving you to spend your time as you choose.

-In-Person Sessions

During our sessions, our team will sort through items and consult you on any potential donations.  Once items are sorted we find the right configuration of storage products to contain each category and labeling ensures that everyone in the home can find what they need.  After the transformational session is done, we will remove the trash and decide on a plan for any donations, leaving you with a tidy and organized home.

-Virtual Sessions

For those who live outside of San Diego or Orange County, we are thrilled to offer virtual organizing sessions.  In such sessions, we will discuss the challenges and goals so we visualize exactly what you are wanting.  We will ask for photos, videos and measurements which enables us to create a plan that you may implement yourself.  

When you are not sure of where to start, step-by-step instructions can help with decision fatigue and provide a manageable method to achieving your goals.  We can have virtual sessions during and after the project to help you make adjustments if needed and answer your questions.

This process allows us to guide you on your journey to getting organized.  While this does require more work on your part, we handle the planning portion of the project so that you can jump into organizing with a plan in place. 

-Maintenance sessions

Once we have organized your space, we know that needs change or life can get in the way and your systems may need a touch up.  Our maintenance services allow us to check in with you as needed and offer ongoing support.  

During this refresh session, we will reorganize the spaces we have done previously and make any tweaks necessary.  After the holidays can be a time of readjusting your child’s room to make space for new toys and purge some of the old, so why not let us help with that?  

                

-Interior design/space planning

Often when you are evaluating a space to organize, you may want to incorporate new furniture and decor as well.  We love creating space plans and helping you choose new pieces that not only look beautiful in your home but serve their purpose in optimizing each room.

On the day of your session, we will arrive ready to dive in and get you organized. We require all sessions to have a 3-hour minimum.
