— Pre-listing assessment

We are proud to offer realtors and homeowners our pre-listing services beginning with an assessment to determine the areas of need. This is an opportunity for us to gather the photos, videos and measurements needed to formulate a plan.  During this visit, we will discuss our initial thoughts and ask pertinent questions.  Because our plan will be tailored to the client’s home, the proposal we craft after the assessment will include decluttering and staging recommendations.     

— Decluttering

While preparing a home to hit the real estate market, we can provide a valuable service by decluttering the home.  We will address visible areas as discussed in the pre-listing assessment, leaving the home fresh, tidy and ready to draw in higher offers.    

— Staging

Because home buyers are often looking for a home straight-out of the magazines, staging a property to showcase the best features is essential to a successful and timely sale.  When a client’s home has appropriate furniture and decor but requires creative thinking in the space planning, we step in and work with the items already in the client’s home, using our expertise to reimagine the space in a way that will appeal to potential buyers.

This may involve rearranging furniture within a room or moving pieces into new spaces to create an inviting home.  Often client’s have more decor than is recommended for photos and showings in which case extra items may be packed in the meantime.

— Packing

As a client prepares to move, we offer packing services to take away one of the many stressors.  Some initial packing may be involved in the decluttering and staging services but once the sale is underway and the client needs full scale packing we are ready to dive in.  A benefit of using our team to pack is that the boxes will be clearly labeled and thoughtfully packed, saving time in the unpacking.

— Unpacking

Unpacking clients and helping them get quickly settled into their new home is perhaps our favorite part of this.  Moving in any circumstance is stressful and demanding but we strive to get families unpacked with organizational systems in place right from the get go.  We can set up your whole home within a matter of days and make those moving boxes a thing of the past.  Any items that are needed can be added to our shopping list leaving you more time for the rest of your life.

— Remodel move-in

While moving homes is draining, finishing a remodel and preparing to move-in is a perfect time to have us get you settled.  Living through construction can be an arduous process but when we’ve unpacked and implemented systems to promote organization, enjoying your beautiful home is that much more rewarding.
